Excellent location for exploring the city. The 24-hour reception was very convenient.
During our stay, the elevators weren't working properly. However, the staff was quick to address the issue and help us with our luggage.

The noise level in the rooms. Although it was mentioned that the hotel was located in a central area, this meant that there was some noise from outside and neighboring rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near Zulpicher Platz tram station, making it easy to connect to train stations and restaurants. it is just across the road from the newmarket Christmas market, providing a festive atmosphere. The hotel is also close to the city center, allowing easy access to attractions.
Some guests mentioned that the walls are thin, which can result in noise disturbances from other guests or housekeeping activities in the morning.
